Who are our training courses and workshops designed for?
Our Goods Receiving Training is designed for employees of aviation companies who work in goods receiving or perform goods receiving inspections. It is intended both for new employees who need basic training and as a refresher course. Previous experience is not mandatory. We will pick you up according to your previous knowledge. Since these are in-house training sessions, we can address company-specific issues in detail and develop solutions. The target audiences for this training are:

The training covers all requirements for incoming goods inspection and testing, as well as the IAQG’s SCMH support materials. In particular, it addresses the practical aspects and the most common challenges encountered in day-to-day operations to build a truly solid foundation of knowledge. The training concludes with an incoming goods inspection of one of your components.

Our Goods Receiving training course doesn’t just cover theoretical knowledge. The focus is primarily on methodological skills and practical application. That’s why we offer the Goods Receiving training as an in-person course held on-site at your facility. During the course, we tailor the content to the specific needs of your organization. Of course, you can also book this training as a supplement to other courses or in combination with our e-learning modules.

- Labeling (Material document / CT176 tag, restricted-access warehouse)
- Storage (storage, refrigeration, hazardous materials), FOD
- Incoming goods control
- Inspection Plan & Frequency
- Measuring equipment
- Workstation (lighting, material flow, storage)
- Component testing
- Documentation (certificate, FAI EN9102, concession)
- Complaint Management
- Secure storage facility
Conclusion:
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from us certifying that you are a qualified goods receiving clerk.
