Who are our training courses and workshops designed for?
Our APQP training courses are designed for employees of aerospace companies who wish to implement APQP or have already done so and want to provide new employees with foundational training. Prior knowledge is not required. We’ll tailor the training to your existing knowledge. Since these are in-house training sessions, we can address company-specific issues in detail and develop solutions. The target audiences for this training are:

The training covers all APQP and PPAP requirements in accordance with EN 9145, as well as the most common challenges encountered in day-to-day operations. The IAQG support materials are also discussed to help participants build a truly solid foundation of knowledge. Practical implementation tips for the APQP phases round out the training.

- Process Design & Development (Process Flow Diagram / PFMEA / Control Plan)
- Product & Process Validation (MSA / Initial Capability Studies / FAIR / PPAP)
- Production Ramp-up (Run@Rate)
- Importance of Documentation: Process Checklists, PFMEA, Control Plan / PPAP, Quality Planning for Subcontractors, including Assessment of Supplier Readiness and Scope
- Role of key characteristics and critical units for products and processes,
- Discussion of a general approach, including a timeline and effort estimates / work packages
Conclusion:
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from us certifying you as an APQP expert.

Our trainers either have firsthand experience implementing APQP and/or serve as certified EN 9100 auditors.
