Ces accords sont appel\u00e9s \u00ab accords bilat\u00e9raux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne \u00bb, ou BASA en abr\u00e9g\u00e9. L&rsquo;AESA est donc charg\u00e9e de veiller \u00e0 ce que les exigences am\u00e9ricaines soient mises en \u0153uvre au sein des organismes de maintenance europ\u00e9ens agr\u00e9\u00e9s par les \u00c9tats-Unis. Comme c&rsquo;est souvent le cas, l&rsquo;AESA b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien des autorit\u00e9s a\u00e9ronautiques nationales (NAA).  <\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain, la responsabilit\u00e9 incombe \u00e0 la Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Sans agr\u00e9ment EASA Partie 145, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;agr\u00e9ment FAA pour les organismes de maintenance europ\u00e9ens. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Il convient \u00e9galement de noter que l&rsquo;agr\u00e9ment de la FAA ne peut pas aller au-del\u00e0 du champ d&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;agr\u00e9ment EASA Partie 145.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les conditions particuli\u00e8res du BASA MAG doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un organisme de maintenance agr\u00e9\u00e9 EASA Partie 145 doit d\u00e9montrer sa conformit\u00e9 aux conditions sp\u00e9ciales au moyen d&rsquo;un suppl\u00e9ment de la FAA \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 (MOE). Ce document doit \u00eatre r\u00e9dig\u00e9 en anglais et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme suit : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction pr\u00e9sentant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments habituels :<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9claration du responsable<\/li>\n<li>Une description du syst\u00e8me de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 et des proc\u00e9dures pertinentes de la FAA<\/li>\n<li>Conditions de sous-traitance<\/li>\n<li>Proc\u00e9dures sp\u00e9cifiques relatives au maintien de la navigabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>ainsi que des informations sur les qualifications du personnel et une liste des formulaires<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/aeroimpulse.fr\/en\/basa-mag-training-online\/\">formation en ligne AeroImpulse disponible sur BASA MAG<\/a> vous fournit toutes les informations essentielles.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois l&rsquo;agr\u00e9ment en tant que centre de r\u00e9paration de la FAA obtenu, celui-ci est bien s\u00fbr assorti d&rsquo;obligations.
