Si la qualification technique des composants aéronautiques ou leur homologation réglementaire n’est nécessaire que rarement, voire une seule fois, dans le cadre du travail quotidien de développement, il n’est pas rentable de développer vos propres compétences en la matière. Votre équipe devrait acquérir de l’expérience dans le domaine des spécifications de conception (CS) et développer des connaissances en matière de RTCA, SAE, FAR et/ou ETSO. Aux contraintes en termes de ressources s’ajoute généralement un manque de compétences spécialisées.
