In addition to general aviation standards, the book focuses on the key aspects and core characteristics of the EN 9100 and EN 9120 standards in particular. The book focuses primarily on explaining the standard text and translating it into the language of everyday business operations. The structure of the book is precisely aligned with that of EN 9100:2018. Where appropriate, it also addresses specific aspects of the distributor standard EN 9120. Practical examples facilitate understanding and implementation within one\u2019s own company.
\nFinally, the author provides a detailed overview of the certification process. This includes preparation, the selection of a certification auditor and a certification body, the conduct of the audit\u2014including process measurement\u2014the resolution of nonconformities, and the issuance of the certificate.
