Who are our training courses and workshops designed for?

Our SMS training courses and workshops are designed for aviation companies involved in development, manufacturing, and maintenance that are implementing or have implemented a Safety Management System and wish to provide basic training to new employees. Previous experience is not mandatory. We’ll tailor the training to your current level of knowledge. Since these are in-house training sessions, we can address company-specific issues in detail and develop solutions. The target audience for this training includes:

  • Staff of the Compliance, Quality, and Safety Manager
  • Project managers and subproject managers, presenters
  • Specialists and managers from the relevant departments
  • Members of Safety Action Groups / operational implementation officers

The SMS requirements of EU Regulations (EU) No. 748/2012 and (EU) No. 1321/2014 will be covered. The training also covers EASA guidance material (Acceptable Means of Compliance) to build a truly solid foundation of knowledge. Practical challenges, as well as tips and tricks, round out the training.

  • Change Management
  • Safety Risk Management Process
  • Safety Communication
  • Employee Competence and Safety Culture
  • If necessary, discussion of a general approach, including a timeline and scope / work packages
  • Exercises and the development of solutions for real-world business applications
  • Our workshops typically serve as kick-off events for the implementation of the company’s SMS and related measures

Conclusion:

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from us certifying you as an SMS expert under EASA Part 21 / Part 145.

Your trainers
